Our founder, Anna-Louise Mac Allister, has built Auslancare with a focus on direct communication, Deaf leadership and staff who are skilled in Auslan and Deaf culture.
That means planning for visual communication, allowing time, and asking about and honouring your preferences instead of assuming.
