Daily living (household tasks): The NDIS sets one price for household tasks on any day.
Supported independent living (SIL): SIL is quoted for each home and set out in a roster of care. Rent and accommodation are not included.
Auslan interpreting and translating: Quoted for each booking, based on the length, type and timing of the job.
Aged care support at home: Private aged care is charged at the NDIS self care rates for now. These prices will change after our aged care audit, expected around December 2026.
Prices are the 2026-27 NDIS price limits for supports in Victoria (non-remote). They follow the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. Travel, cancellations and any other charges are explained and agreed in your service agreement before support starts.
Is this the price I will pay?
These are our standard prices. Your written service agreement sets out your exact supports, hours and costs before anything starts.
Can I use NDIS funding or pay privately?
NDIS participants can use their plan (self-managed or plan-managed). Aged care support is available now as a private service.
Are travel and accommodation included?
Rent and accommodation are never included. Any travel charge is explained and agreed with you first.
Can I ask about costs in Auslan?
