Your voice matters
Tell us what is working, and what is not.
Compliments, suggestions and complaints all help us improve. Making a complaint will never change the support you get from us.
How to tell us
Use the form below, or email [email protected]. Tell us how you would like us to reply: SMS, a video call in Auslan, or email.
A family member, friend, advocate or interpreter can help you or speak for you. You can give feedback without your name, but then we cannot reply to you.
What happens next
- We let you know we have received your feedback within 2 business days.
- We talk with you in the way you prefer, in Auslan or in writing, about what happened and what you would like to happen.
- We look into it fairly, keep you updated, and aim to resolve it within 21 days. If it will take longer, we tell you why.
- We explain the outcome to you, and what we have changed as a result.
We keep your complaint private and share it only with people who need to know to fix it, or where the law requires.
If you are not happy with our response
You can contact an independent body at any time. You do not have to complain to us first.
